Placing an order

Select the products, scent options, and quantities you want, review your delivery details, and confirm the USD total before placing an order. An order acknowledgment means we have received your request. We may need to confirm payment, stock, and delivery eligibility before accepting and dispatching it. If an item is unavailable or a carrier or local rule prevents delivery, we will contact you to discuss the available choices or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices, offers, and payment

All store prices and payments are shown in United States dollars. A displayed sale price reflects the amount payable after the offer shown on the product page; when a 70% OFF offer applies, the customer pays 30% of the regular price, subject to normal currency rounding. Offers may change, but a later change does not alter the price of an accepted order. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we will explain it and offer the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment options are those shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion or international transaction fee. Those provider charges are separate from our product price and are not a shipping or customs charge from us.

Free worldwide delivery and import costs

Every product qualifies for free standard worldwide shipping with no minimum order. We cover applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and import taxes associated with delivering the order, so customers do not have to pay these charges on top of the USD checkout total. If a carrier or customs office requests an unexpected payment for delivery, contact us with the notice before paying so we can resolve it.

After payment confirmation, orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is generally estimated at 6–12 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and factors such as customs review, weather, and carrier disruption may affect arrival. If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will tell you promptly and offer an updated estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Product choice and use

Air mist, plug-in, car, bathroom, trash, and other odor-control products differ in format, fragrance, size, and intended setting. Review the product page and package directions before ordering or using an item. Scents are subjective, and packaging may vary without changing the essential item described. If a material feature or selected scent is unavailable, we will contact you before making any substitution.

Returns, refunds, and support

You may request a return within 60 days after delivery under the Refund Policy. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide safe and accurate return instructions, particularly for aerosols, liquids, or damaged products. Eligible return shipping arranged through us is covered, and we do not charge a restocking fee on an approved return. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or faster where required by law; the provider may take additional time to display the credit.

For delivery questions, an incorrect or damaged item, a return, or a payment concern, use the Contact page and include your order number. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
